Mackie all dayie is not mackie all dayie anymorie
Growing up without a computer has done its damage on me. When I bought my macbook I thought I would spend every single second with her. She was my dream, my gem, but I haven't been taking care of her like I should have. I still spend my free time watching tv and movies. The other thing I do with the macbook nowadays is burn dvds which I rent at blockbuster and burn them onto my computer. So it is no longer mackie all dayie anymore. Other than that 5 days ago, Jack from Dewey (a company that finds schools for foreign teachers) called me. He tried helping me find a job 6 months ago and I haven't heard from him since. He called me at 10:30 pm and told me this English Village needed a teacher. I told him I already signed a contract to another school. He said it was fine, but it needed to be a SECRET. I said, ok. I went to training the next three days and then I started teaching the first day yesterday. But, everything has to be a secret. The bosses at the school do not know I will be leaving shortly and they do not know I did not sign a contract because the contract is through Dewey and not the school. Dewey is secretly paying me everyday I work. It is very top secret like James Bond kind of stuff. (I will wait for jokes from Mike and Jeff). Anways English Village is crazy because we have 10 rooms of different types of scenerios. Like, a bank, hotel, grocery store, clothing store, an airlines place, etc. We pretend to own the bank, hotel, etc and teach them about each place. The airlines is an actual airplane replica torn down. It's the real size, but only like a quarter of it with real seats and storage compartments. I am teaching the hotel, a science room, and dance. It's a fun easy job. Anyways that is it for now....later

News Update
I will not be able to go back to america this summer due to the rising gas prices, however i did get a job at a bi-lingual elementary school for next school year, but it is going to require a lot of work and thinking. (Something that I am not good at, you guys know already) You all enjoy the Chi-Town summer and I will enjoy rice and mosquitoes. and cochroaches. But on some good news, i just found Doris Lee on You Tube, she is indeed a superstar. P.S. Can you guess where Michael is? Check it out at: http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=LbhuQfSwa_k

Update
Hello everyone,
It has been a long time since I have updated, but since I brought my two students into the computer lab, I have some free time now to update. I got a job at Ivy Collegiate Academy in Taichung, which is in the middle of the country. It is a boarding school for grades 7-12. I live on the second floor with the upper school boys. I have two bedrooms, 3 toilets, 3 showers, 3 sinks, 2 twin size beds pushed together, a mini-fridge, a tv, and a dvd player all for myself. I get 3 free meals a day and access to all of the school's things. It sounds pretty good right? Not really, the school is in the middle of nowhere and I do not have a scooter. A taxi ride is 10 dollars to the nearest town with things to do, so I pretty much stay inside and play ping pong with the students. Also, rotating between 2 other teachers I have to make sure all the kids go to sleep, go to their meals, and that they clean up their rooms, etc. It is seriously a 24/7 job. As of know I teach a health and fitness class 3 days a week, a gym class 2 times a week, a grade 8 esl job 5 days a week that only has 2 students in it, and a esl 7th grade class 5 days a week with only 1 student in it. Besides that, I am coaching the jv basketball team. There is an a team and a b team, so I have two teams. The boys had two games each so a total of 4 games and we are still undefeated. The boys b team beat the other team 64 to 17, they were like throwing up three's with their eyes closed and making them, it was crazy. Anyways I am just working crazily and that is about it. The website where you can see the shool for yourself is http://www.ica.ivyjhs.tcc.edu.tw/

Happy V day!
So we decided to go to a hotspring resort to celebrate valentines day. The water in the bathtub comes from the freshest mountain waters of Taiwan. It was pretty crazy cool, however we could not put the water that hot considering saki would faint if we did, but it was still hot and awesome. It was romantic and the perfect way to celebrate our valentines day. When all of you visit Taiwan we will all go and have a huge par-tay at the hotsprings. Also, one night we went to a place called modern toilet where everything had to do with toilets. The seats were all toilets, the food come inside a toilet, the sinks were toilets. I was so entranced by the toilet seen and how good food tasted from a toilet that from that day on I eat all my meals on the toilet inside saki's house's bathroom. Hope you all like the pics. Pax Out.
